If you have been treated unlawfully becasue of who you are, and not becasue of your job performance, you may seek damages against your employer under several state and federal laws.

The first thing that you need to ask yourself when you are treated unlawfully is: "Why?" If your answer has to do with your skin color, religion, disability, sex, gender, or age, contact one of our attorneys immedietly!
