Civil Litigation

Civil litigation occurs when there is a dispute between two or more parties. This is a process which takes place through the court system. Civil litigation mostly involves cases where a party seeks to make another legally liable for acts like breaching a contract, harming another, or failing to abide by a legal obligation.
